Law waits for visa

1 February 2020 – Lawrence Petrus’ dream to play abroad is looking great as he is finalizing all the documentation before he can fly overseas. Lawrence is on his way to play in Australia.

The Sabahan born is the current national prop. 2019 was a great year for him as he played and scored Malaysia first try in the Asia Rugby Championship. He also helped Terengganu to secure their very first Agong Cup title, beating his birth state, Sabah in the final.

Lawrence did not want to reveal the team just yet before everything complete. “I just completed medical check-up today. I will need to do a biometric test and everything goes well, I am good to go.” shared Lawrence.

The UPM graduated is hopeful to follow the footstep of Dinesvaran Krishnan who is currently playing professionally in Japan as well as Amin Jamaluddin who’s playing his trade in Germany.
