Norfarahana, one of the “unstoppables”

13 January 2019 – It will be another milestone for the Malaysia Rugby especially in the women category. National player, Norfarahana is set to make her way to London this coming February.

The 2017 bronze medalist winner at the Kuala Lumpur SEA Games is one the 15 selected women from all over the world for the Unstoppables campaign. It is a program under the World Rugby and Norfarahana is being chosen as she fits the following:

Someone who identifies as female, who has faced significant obstacles in their life, and rugby, especially the values of game, has helped them not only overcome these obstacles, but go on to flourish, grow, and maybe even inspire other women

Norfarahana and the team as they won the 2017 Kuala Lumpur SEA Games bronze

The 22 years old will be in London for 3 days, from 23 to 25 February 2019. It will be 3 days pack of activity for her as she will be having the photography session as well as a short film which will talk about her journey in the sport.
