3 to miss match week 2

12 October 2018 – Two Premier Division teams, Kedah and Johor will miss their key player in the upcoming match week two. Both teams met each other at the Mini Stadium Kota Tinggi, Johor which saw Kedah shocked 2017 champion on an opening day.

Johor will be without their Fijian star, Sanivalati Ramuwai who played as an inside winger during the first match. Sanivalati received the marching order after he received 2 yellow cards due to high tackle, one in the first half while the later was with 3 minutes to the final whistle. Johor will be without Sanivalati for the match against Perak this week but he is expected to return in Johor crucial last match against Terengganu in Kota Tinggi later.

Kedah will also be without Rahmad Abu Seman who scored Kedah third and last try in the opening match. He suffered a concussion which will keep him out of the game for 12 days.
He will miss the remaining 2 group matches as Kedah will face Terengganu and Perak.

Over in Division 2, Melaka will be without their prop, Mohd Aidil Hakim. He also suffered the concussion which forced him to be replaced by Noor Alif Ikhmal. Melaka will be looking to bounce back after the commanding defeat to Kuala Lumpur in the opening game. They will face Pahang this Saturday which will take place at Politeknik Merlimau, Melaka.
