Malaysia 7’s on the right track.

8 July 2017 – Things looking bright for the Malaysia 7’s Men team as they managed to win all 4 friendly matches at the Padang A, Universiti Putra Malaysia. They comfortably dispatched the mixed team from ASAS RC and Panthers Blowpipes who was presented by numbers of former national 7’s player such as Faridzal Ismail and foreign import.

ASAS RC and Panthers Blowpipes are on course of preparing their team as well for the upcoming ELITE 7’s tournament at the MBPJ Stadium next week. However, they unable to score event a single try throughout the 4 matches.

Malaysia 7’s will not take part in the ELITE 7’s as they are trying to keep their player fresh and ready to go for Gold in the upcoming SEA Games. Numbers of player are also in the rehab as they suffered the minor injury from the previous tournament.

Both Men and Women team will be heading to Redang Island next week. The Bina Semangat Camp will be more on building up mental strength for both team.
